May 2023 me liya tha Visa pe koi offer nai aaya then Feb 2024 me rupay me convert karwaya.

It's completely normal for Kotak, they don't give free LEs. Although, there are other ways to get it free.

 

Nothing. Just checked her app and increase limit option and it was there..but says 100 charge.

Of you want LE just call them and tell.you received a notification saying free le but while clicking it redirected to app and shows 100+gst charge. The executive did it from his end and no charges are levied.
