Has anyone received cashback this month ? I have spent in SBIunipay and canarasetu, last month but haven't received cashback yet,,,

Same with me, I received cashback last month on SBIunipay but have not received any cashback for Canara Setu this month.

Then i will get only 21 received, all other was for Unipay

Same. Only 295. Made 2 txns in Jan 4100(unipay) & 5900.

Didn't get cashback for unipay txn despite spending (Jan 5th) before the change (around Jan 18th) in terms.

Time to raise a complaint.

Raised level 1 Grievance on kotak website. Automate Service request number issued. Let's see how it goes.

So u will cashback

Kotak 811 Super Savings Account customers receive cashback by the 30th of the month following the month in which they qualified for the cashback. The cashback is deposited into the customer's account.

Isn't upipay 4900 in Jan?

A huge 0 for me then. Got the card in January & used only in unipay. SMH.

Kotak on one side promoting 811 Super by saying 5% cashback on bill payments, on the other side excluding 5% cashback on Utility payments.

This is the email I received on 17th Jan 2025. If they don't credit cashback for transaction done on Unipay till this date, I'm going to take this to RBIO.

Also TnC update email was received on 28th Jan 2025.

It's not specific to Kotak, almost every Indian bank is doing this shady business of luring customers with nice benefits and then later strike with devaluation or change in tnc.
