The utility exclusion mail was received on 28th january so transactions done before that should be honoured which they are not doing, so now kotak pno should be bombarded with emails😎🙂↔️I would have trusted you, but this time the situation is different.
X person made a payment of 5000 on Unipay and the remaining 5000 on Canara. He should have received 500, but he received 250 instead. This means that the "utility" payment got excluded.
We have never received cashback in split payments.
