I've opened another account for my family member on Jan 26th. Made spends via virtual debit card as I didn't receive platinum debit card until Feb 1st.

As per the updated terms which was updated on their website prior to Jan 26th virtual debit card spends are also eligible for cashback. However the cashback for those spends is a big 0. Lotak playing both ways.
Number to same hi hoga na card ka.
 
I would have trusted you, but this time the situation is different.

X person made a payment of 5000 on Unipay and the remaining 5000 on Canara. He should have received 500, but he received 250 instead. This means that the "utility" payment got excluded.

We have never received cashback in split payments.

Hope you understand the issue now.
The utility exclusion mail was received on 28th january so transactions done before that should be honoured which they are not doing, so now kotak pno should be bombarded with emails😎🙂‍↔️
 
Kya 500 Kai chakkar mai pade ho. Rupay select lo aur enjoy karo😉.
 
I want to open Kotak super acc & I want to change my communication address(different from aadhar address)
But I have no proff till now of my new address.
So how should I open the acc online or offline?
