I think till 24th feb we were getting retail cc for canara setu through idfc rupay and many of us (including me) have still not received either the welcome rewards or the standard points. So we have to wait till the official 14 working days for it to be credited... Even phonepe also it's not yet credited so will have to wait it out

yep, this is the rule I follow aswell. I think overall idfc users do have patience, compared to Kotak users in their thread they whine 15 times a day that they didn't got 500 cashback lol, even in sbi thread ppl are impatient. But idfc users, just 5-10% ppl cry.

I never call customer care. My points never delay more than 14 days. On an average I get it in 4-5 days, even sometimes i get in 1-2 days , max I have waited is 13 days.

After 7 working days, i was able to login. Today i called thrm asked why rewards points are not credited for Feb 1 and 2 txns. They asked to wait for 14 business days.

Have the rewards been credited? I am able to login but have not received rewards.

Dint get for 1st bill (250) and cc payment aswell
