Any suggestion on how to withdraw money from SlayVault ?
I did some research yesterday and found out that SlayPay was rebranded as Kashware with a new product. They updated their name everywhere but didn’t change the listing on Google Maps, where SlayPay’s office is still visible. According to Google Maps, Kashware is now closed, meaning that SlayPay is also likely shut down.
The former CEO has now started a new venture called Neofinity/Neozap, seemingly with the same developers from before (based on LinkedIn profiles). However, I don’t think anyone is monitoring the old support emails, because when an email is sent to
support@slaypay.app, an automated ticket response is generated, but no real replies follow.
Regarding my SlayVault deposit, I remember seeing Yes Bank listed, along with a deposit ID, before my account was suspended. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a screenshot. On SlayPay’s info site (slaypay. app), they mentioned that for earning purposes, they had partnered with i2iFunding.
My Theory on How the Deposit System Worked
This is just a wild guess, but they may have:
Created a deposit account in various banks (like Yes Bank).
Used that deposit to generate a lending ID in i2iFunding for investments.
If this is true, then accessing a SlayPay account should reveal the deposit ID, which could help in contacting the bank. If the bank confirms there’s no money, then i2iFunding should be contacted next.
What I’ve Tried So Far
Called SlayPay customer care (+91 773 773 7711) – No response.
Emailed
support@slaypay.app – Only received an automated reply.
Called Neofinity customer care – Only a bot responded and ended the call.
Messaged the Neofinity LinkedIn company page – No response.
Messaged the CEO on LinkedIn – No response.
Contacted Yes Bank – They denied any deposit linked to my number, but I don’t have the deposit ID to verify further.

What Happened When I Spoke to Neofinity Customer Care when they called
I am not sure based on what they called i.e LinkedIn message or customer care acll
I explained the whole situation to the Neofinity customer care agent. He initially denied any connection between SlayPay and Neofinity. When I mentioned that the CEO of SlayPay is now leading Neofinity, he asked if the CEO had personally told me to contact Neofinity’s support team. I said no but explained why I believed they were related. He then said he would escalate the issue to the CEO and the concerned team.
This happened yesterday evening, and I haven’t received any updates since.
What’s Next?
Right now, I don’t know what else to do. I feel stuck. However, if I don’t get a valid response within a few days, I will file an RBI complaint.
Would appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to proceed further.
