I am not adding any new money now, honestly, with a fear that what if the company or portal stops. I am utilizing my pending amount. However, I can see three options for adding money: UPI, Debit card, or Credit card. With UPI, it is free, but there is a 2% charge with Debit/Credit card.

This company seems a scam now. Can't withdraw my money. Had written emails but bouncing back. Any help on how to contact them for withdrawing money

I have been trying to reach them for refund but not able to connect with them. I thought the company is closed and my money is gone.

If you load money on Slaypay wallet then transcorp will refund your money.

I was referring to the money deposited in Slay Vault. I had tried withdrawing the money multiple times but the withdraw money tab is disabled and the app shows that the deposit is done with IDFC Bank. I even reached out to bank but they have no information on the same

Any update on that, my money is also stuck in the vault and I'm not even able to login, it is saying the account is suspended
