on 31st july flipkart confimed and told that the refund for my cancel order has been sucessfully completed but i did not received the refund i also shared my card statement to them but still they were so confident that they told me to raise charge , so i raised charge back my credit card bank is sbi card , today after more than one month flipkart mailed me and said that the refund said on 31st july was completed but due to issues was reversed so they can not refund me to the source account they are asking alternate account details so that they can refund what to do my charge back dispute is still going on

i recieved a upgarde offer to axis cash back card but it is chargeable can any one tell me is there any way to make this upgrade offer ltf , i called the customer they straight away denied
