Firstly they will ask to credit salary in it, and I guess they don't open Salary Account directly. Also if your company is not in Union List of corporates then they won't open. Also if salary isn't credited they will downgrade the account.

I've heard from friends that Standard Chartered salary account service is great. You can also go with HSBC for a good salary account with 5% cashback.
