I moved away from HDFC Tata Neu Infinity CC and Tata Neu app at the right time! (Just before August 1st)
(TN app stopped working on my phone with custom ROM plus the devaluation of 1.5% on UPI)

I face similar issue on my rooted android, tried magisk delta, alpha, kernalsu but still Tata Neu detects root, I believe I have to switch to a Rom which natively provides root hiding.

Yes, that's right. Since Aug 1st, 2024.
0.5% in statement and 1% instantly as neucoins in the Neu app.

As Just now i ordered from bigasket and I get 5% neucoins and no such tier is there...
i do not have tata neu credit cards

same for me, I think this tier system is for non tata neu customers
