4 NeuPass Tiers Introduced by TataNeu - Explorer, Insider, Elite, Legend

For folks who still don't see tiered rewards in their app, please try this.

1. Login to tata digital from a chrome / safari / firefox browser - https://www.tatadigital.com/auth/login
2. Open Developer tool -> Network tab (Depending on browser), terminology may change.
3. Visit this page - https://www.tatadigital.com/neupass

In developer panel look for loyaltyPoints api. You should be able to see response of this api which is a very small json. Look for value of key "customerTier". That should be your tier. Attach screenshot may help.

I am kind of surprised with my tier. I spend around 10k+2K per month on Tata Neu. So, looks like required order value is per quarter. There is good chances I am wrong. And I hope so.

And I am happy to not to move to new tiered rewards for as long as possible.

Possibly this is old tier reward system which was not exposed to users. Since label 'Elite' matched for me, I believed this is new reward tier.

Can anyone with new reward tier system try this and tell us what they see?

Likely devaluation coming in neupass
mujhe to koi effect nahi parega (reason Blocked)
recently got Neu Infinity cc but was unable to redeem that card points after complaining on consumer helpline hdfc removed block and was able to redeem, but that is only for card (earn and redeem) not for Neupass
