No, but acc. to T&cs only Wallet Load and txns like Cash Withdrawal is excluded

Lets see I have just applied for the DC and so far didn't receive the Virtual DC as in the app old one is only showing. Also how can I contact the dedicated RM can anyone guide?

Just did a 5k funding and got upgraded to super from my normal 811 after 300rs deduction. Also received message of debit card request being accepted let's see if it gives 5% on utility.

Is their any other eligibility for Super savings account conversion other than 5k funding.

I also wish to convert my account.

Lo ye lafda bhi hai, ek time pe push notification and banner pe banner daal raha tha 811 App use karne ko

Did you regularly use this account or kept this idle as it is zero balance account?

I am still not eligible for upgrade, trying to understand how it works. Got this sms after talking to cc and added money also but no update.

Even talked with their senior cc , and told her about this drama, and she has no answer....

Ye kya sense hai dono alag account hai, 1% ke chakar mein 5% se banchit karega

Inlogo khud abhi kuch pata nahi, baad mein bhi sikhana hi padta hai... atleast 811 A/c toh 811 dedicated app se access karna dena chahiye, non 811 account thodi na access karne ko maang rahe and upgrade karne ka bhi

You seem to have multiple accounts. Manage them using Kotak App.

I had kotak 811 full KYC account.
I called phone banking number and requested them for super savings conversion.
They sent a link through which I converted.

U need to have minimum 5k in account else u can fund 5k once after giving consent.

Ex- Yesterday I had 1500 in Account and I gave consent by clicking link to convert account to super savings account.
After I funded account with 5k.
Today 300 rs deducted and account converted.
