811 Super Savings Account Benefits

They haven't even issued the new dc for super 811 . Neither virtual not physical. I am said to separately request for a dc, but then again I am only getting option of PVR debit card on Kotak app. Meanwhile I can't even access the new Kotak 811 app. Wtf Kotak !!!

Can you access simple kotak bank app?
And how many days since you upgraded?
 
You can, I've held 811 simple for more than 2 yrs now, and wasn't even aware that there was some 811 separate app, now after upgrading to super, I keep one logged into kotak bank and another 811, please try yourself.
To me, it's showing please use 811 app.
I am unable to move to any other page with kotak app, so yes it's forcing to use 811 app.

just for the sake of keeping it clear - there's no separate platinum virtual dc, it's the same physical card that's displayed in the app. It'll be visible in the app only if there's a physical platinum dc.

As for the card not being delivered and lack of access to kotak and 811 app raise a service request and for slightly quicker resolution try going ombudsman way citing deficiency in service. If luck would have it you may end up with some compensation as well.
