I am planning a small vacation to Goa in January, I have accor plus which provided me number of vouchers including couple of upgrade room vouchers, now how to use them efficiently to get max benefit, like Goa resort and spa in candolim has 2 types of room and 2 types of suites, can I use my upgrade voucher to upgrade from highest level of room to next level that is suite? Or its not applicable on suites? Also how to use it, like I am going to book using app and will be paying by points at the resort as advised, how to get the upgrade voucher work? Can this be done after booking the rooms and emailing or calling the resort now? Or once at the resort? But i am afraid that by then they may not be having any availability for the upgraded rooms.
Please guide as this is the first time i am using loyalty points for booking and clueless on how it works.
