Airtel axis has issue with Airtel app on utitity payment many times money and debited but not credited to merchant and this time they denied for refund, raised complaint to rbi ombudsman

RBI ombudsman advised Axis to pay 500 Rs for miscalculation of cashback. Now only I got response from rbi ombudsman

Mine was regarding 23rd May transaction. Recently RBI contacted me with Airtel response I replied back after to that email.

Yes but minimum amount should be 100 because axis is rounding down the cashback. That is Just taking the whole number.

0.9 = 0 cashback not 1 cashback
