Sometimes I have. Dont recommend it unless its something urgent / needs required attention, just to avoid over burdening them.

Indusind is blocking all emails, getting error
"Undeliverable : [SUSPECTED SPAM] .Your message sent to head.cardservices@indusind.com has failed as per enhanced email security policies defined at Indusind Bank Limited."
None of their emails are working

Avoid the word SPAM while sending mail to IndusInd Bank. The mails are auto filtered and block email if there is any objectionable words. Try by sending SPAM word like " SP AM ", "S PAM" "SP-AM" etc to avoid blocking. My friend experienced this problem and later by following above method his problem was solved 😎

Mostly all senior management have <FN.LN@domain> as their mail id

Tip: Almost every bank in India is listed on stock exchange. So, you can simply download their annual report where you'll find e-mail id of someone in their senior management.
