I already submitted an application for the new AMEX credit card. The application number is generated. What is next procedure?

Did someone got his/her card approved by just doing video KYC and no further income documents were submitted. Please tell. Or is it mandatory to submit income documents?

If its approved you would have got a message in last page to complete Video KYC and upload documents. Please check your email.

Yes you can upload last year ITR or form 26AS or ITR 4 Sugam copy . The last two always has your collective income.

I was approved in 6-7 hours. I applied at 12-1pm and approved at 7pm.
It all depends on rush of applications in the start.
I have no other experience with Amex prior to this.

Now we have made it completely digital. If you are salaried then there wont be any office verification and you will receive your card next week if all the docs submitted are good to go. If you are self employed office verification will be there

Check your email or click on Video KYC link again to check whether its completed. Also upload your income documents in Upload docs option..

ITR 1 and 2 i can comment but ITR4 may have some relaxations supported with FDs and ancillary assets but not sure maybe some CAs or those who submitted ITR4 for AmEx can comment

Form 26AS or ITR4/Sugam copy can be accepted now. Upload whichever has the higher income to avoid getting rejected

FD amount is not considered as income and AMEX will reject the application citing low income. My friend who has ITR above 7 Lac got the rejection as his business from income is 5 lac 80 thousand and rest is from FD, dividend and selling stocks.

He must have uploaded ITR acknowledgment copy. Should have uploaded Form 26AS or ITR 4 as that will have his collective income

Received Mail that your application is on hold contacted customer care they told that your address in aadhar is different from provided in application so has been declined I told it's on hold they told hold means declined and u can apply after 3 months mean time get address change to address provided in application.

You must have any current address proof like Aadhar ,DL,Voter ID or passport. Now its mandatory sir. You can change your address in Aadhar online and it takes less than a weeks time

I applied for Amex Gold Charge & it was soft approved since my company is listed. It didn't ask for income documents since I entered company details.

If its an existing amer card member or if the income data matches with cibil then you will get income waiver option.

Yes i do ... but not connected with any Banks ... purely for work

My current address is serviceable with amex, but my office address which is 120 km from my current address which is not serviceable. Can i apply for amex card?
