Just got this email for rewards multiplier.

Seems like they changed from 24X from last year to flat 25 per Rs. 100 now. Don't know if it's account specific.

Terms:
• The ongoing Reward Multiplier benefit of 5X points on American Express® Platinum Card and American Express® Gold Card, and 2X points on other American Express® Proprietary Cards will not be applicable.
• A maximum of 25,000 Bonus Membership Rewards® points can be earned in a calendar month.
• Additional Membership Rewards® points will be credited within 120 business days from the date of transaction.

24x was only true for Centurion card. For all other cards it was 24 points on every ₹100. This year it's 25.

Amex Gyftr and Amex Reward Multiplier are two different things.
Gyftr gets you 2x, 3x or 5x depending on the card you hold on buying vouchers instantly post purchase.

Amex Reward Multiplier works directly on shopping portals where you get 25 points on ₹100(with this offer) shopping credited to your account after 120 days of purchase.

no affiliate site support them, afaik. mobile margin websites wont get much, so no commission. Without commission, no extra rewards on them in these affiliate sites.

This is to be expected as they are giving away the amex cards left and right now.
Too many cards and too many ways to accumulate rewards.
For amex the next task would be to acquire the axis devaluation team (hope they are done with axis) and let them loose on amex cards.
