Amex January 2025 Offer: 25 MR points for Every ₹100 spent

Just got this email for rewards multiplier.

Seems like they changed from 24X from last year to flat 25 per Rs. 100 now. Don't know if it's account specific.

Terms:
• The ongoing Reward Multiplier benefit of 5X points on American Express® Platinum Card and American Express® Gold Card, and 2X points on other American Express® Proprietary Cards will not be applicable.
• A maximum of 25,000 Bonus Membership Rewards® points can be earned in a calendar month.
• Additional Membership Rewards® points will be credited within 120 business days from the date of transaction.

I purchased a product from Flipkart using the AMEX Reward Multiplier for a 25 MR bonus offer. When I checked my statement, I noticed that I only received the base points.

I understand that I should receive 25 MR/100 after 120 business days. Is this correct? This is my first time using the Reward Multiplier for AMEX, so I'm wondering if this is how it works or if I missed something.

I had the same question, I also made a transaction and have received base reward points only.

On customer care chat, I was informed they have no way of knowing whether the transaction is eligible or not. They just said as long as you have followed the steps, you should get the bonus points.

I guess we can only wait.

My wife got the Plat travel card earlier this month. Will she be eligible for the offer? She hasn't got the offer email.

I also have plat travel and got the email but I have already hit the 4L milestone so want to purchase from my wife's card.

As of my understanding,If the card is activated before the offer starts i think Card should automatically eligible for the offer.
