Amex Sending Platinum Charge Upgrade offer for JAN 2025 - 150000 MR Points

Account card is just another card for a specific use case or to sort out spendings (personal and business). Anyone can request for one from the amex online portal and no extra account is reported in CIBIL. If you wish to close, you can. If you wish to keep, no issues.

You must’ve filled some additional card required for business spends. You can keep it and use it or close by calling Amex CC.

Thankyou for clarification.

I was reading the terms and can't figure is Centurion lounge access includes a guest? Essentially the question is:

If I upgrade my Plat travel to plat charge and get supplementary plat card for my wife, can 3 of us access Centurion lounge at Del Airports (Me + guest and my wife using her supplementary card)

Another question I have is, are the Del/Bom Centurion lounges better and less crowded than other airport lounges in the same terminal?

I remember someone mentioning Primary card can take guest whereas supplementary card holder cannot take guest. So 3 can be possible in your case.

Centurion lounges in India don’t allow guest. They do for most places outside India.
Check the AMEX Experience App for lounge specific access.

They do allow as per Amex Experience App for Primary Card Holder.

I don't want to offend anyone on nationalism when I say this, but the lounges in India are not worth being called "Airport Lounge".
I have not used Centurion yet so cannot comment (but I saw the "not really" of another member here), but been to a few International Lounges outside India, most recently Sakura Lounge in Tokyo and another one in Hanoi (access through Axis Atlas).
And god damn, those are what Lounges should be about.

The Encalm and even Air India lounge on IGI, are more like small cafe with free food (can't even call them buffet) and people idling around as in Starbucks, without coffee ofcourse.

I stopped using/wasting time in lounges here, but I certainly always do await visiting one when travelling outside.
I just love my Axis Atlas for that, if nothing else. No kind of fee even for any guest (my wife), mentioning fee as I think Priority Pass charges some usage fee.

So true, we have not only quantity but also quality issue with lounges in India. Some of the international lounges for example CX lounges in HKG are fantastic. And to add 1st class lounges are incredible (SQ, BA for example)
