Any Way to Send Money via UPI on Credit Card

HI Can I send money to a contact that isn't a merchant via its UPI ID from a CC ?
Maybe Loading Money to Amazon Pay Wallet or Paytm Before would help ?

Can you pay non merchant using credit card directly ?

Like the same without merchant upi qr you can't send money via upi cc to normal upi qr, unless your credit card issuer bank enables p2p upi fund transfers.

Go to your local grocer and ask him to give you cash and you transfer that much amount to him.

If the merchant just do the process numerous, times, one day payment service providers might just block the account including the funds.

Even card issuer bank can ask invoice.

If it notice was given then you might understand.

If it is a local grocer then it comes under a b2c transaction and in case of grocery the system won't flag it as grocery is a recurring payment for everyone.

this month did 35k through my freinds merchant account.
above 50k it doesnt make any sense as i have nue rupay card and they have a capping of 500 coins
