Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now. 🙄

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.

Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

Everytime same merchant name Bundl Technologies is coming after the transaction gets settled under unbilled transactions for Swiggy food orders. I had also emailed to Axis PNO and got a reply that this merchant is tagged with Instamart and Genie orders on Swiggy so have received only 1% cashback as it is categorized under other spends.
Send them the invoice of those orders

Keep it simple, going forward this card may see many corrections and issues with MIDs, so try to minimize on problematic sites and look for alternatives. Otherwise have to deal with PNO every month.

Ideal case (example):

PrePaid 84 day Pack (x12 in a year for 3 connections)
Electricity: 1000-1500 (x12 in a year)
Gas: 1000 (x6 in a year)

Ignored, Swiggy and Zomato due to MID issues.

BigBasket: 1000-2000 (x12 in a year)
------------

Total Spends: 35000-53000
Total Cashback: 4100-6100

Net Cashback (after deducting 590 Annual fee): 10-12% //more than enough for these spends, IMO.

I have bothered about it. Sometimes they give 800 cashback in a month and another month is 600 while another might be just 200. It's fine. Not worth the hassle to call amd email amd waste time. As long as I can get 4k to 6k per year, it's remains a good card. I have stopped using it for Swiggy and Big Basket now.

Will they accept if I pay 400 + GST instead of 500? They'll not accept it right?. Then I want correct cashback amount

Point here is we're already getting more than enough value from this card. Asking them for pennies isn't worth the effort and time.

However if there is the major difference between expected cashback and actual cashback, then we should raise the issue with them.

I use this.
Prepaid recharge 20% instant off. Rupay offer
Electricity bill :free in karnataka.
Gas :125-150 rs less on 1k.(100rs on 509 rupay +25rs on 500 on az gv). I find rupay 20% offer can beat this card easily for small to medium bill spends upto 1-2kpm

Yes. Rupay 100 rupees is better.
But isn't it only one transaction per month. If I pay gas bill, I cant use it for any power bill/mobile recharge, correct?
