Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now. 🙄

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.

Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

The 10% cashback is applicable for any bills and recharges that you pay through the Airtel App.
But there's everything in there...

School Fee (not working?), Property Tax, Insurance, CC, Rent, etc... 😵

Maybe just the Recharges and Utilities sections? Even that includes School Fee though.

Guys I spent almost 7k+ on zomato, swiggy and big basket in one billing cycle and one transactions on airtel app of Rs.199. But the cashback calculated is Rs 358. How is it possible? Are they calculating 5% Instead of 10%? Who should i reach out to get this corrected?

I see so many people are affected, still people perhaps are not writing emails to Axis PNO to start showing cashback for each transactions in their statement. Whole thing will get simplified, if that is fixed.
Axis already shows calculated cashback for each transaction in their Ace/FK card statements.
So, perhaps with multiple people complaining, they will make similar format for Airtel card statement as well.

I will suggest everyone to write an email to PNO & share screenshot here for mass mobilisation.
