So, I am trying to pay my cc bill using liberty debit card on paytm. It’s getting failed with a message saying withdrawal limit exceeded. Even when i have set the limit 50k higher. According to axis customer care it takes 1 working day to activate even when I’m getting acknowledgement. even the 1 working day has passed. Anyone faced the same? Such pathetic logic.

My online trans are always disabled, just when I have to do trans I enable it, complete the trans and disable it again
Check if you are modifying limits for liberty dc and not e-dc

I have kept the e-debit disabled. Today only I did the 1st transaction online of 100rs to check. Maybe that?

So, the senior also told me the same thing. They are following RBI Guidelines, for every debit card limit change customer will have to wait 24 hours to do any transactions. So f-ed up

Enabled for 2000, paid cc bill on paytm of 1000 and it was successful

If you lower the limit it will work. My cc bill is 2lakh+ default set limit was 50k for example if your current limit is 2k and you change it to 2lakh and you pay a bill of 1.5lakh it won't work, according to Axis Bank
