In branch system the charges are for Jan 2024, and in my statement they are for Dec 2023. Kya chu**ya h

And as per branch a new option has been/will be released in which customer can raise a complaint directly from app for reversal of charges of upto Rs.2000 and will be reversed within a day

Yes but milega ki nhi iski gurantee Axis bhi nhi leta.

Mera Last Year June'23 ka nhi aya jabki Tracking ka bhi scene nhi thha, Wohoo Grabdeals se GVs liye thhe.

Mera bhi grab deals ka bahut maal hadap gaya chuxis. Rbi ka bamboo kiya uska bhi asar nahi hua. Bolte you entered dc instead of cc aur complaint close kar di. Ab main kaise prove karta. Best is to do screen recording if you want to fight with chuxis

I had opened a account manually in Axis Bank. And the matter of Concern is I want Axis E-Debit card but it is only available in Online Accounts. Since I could not open online account as account already exists.

Does this happened with someone ? How could I avail E-Debit card
