Today's lafda with Chu*is😂

So on 27th Feb I was charged NMC charges. Visited the branch the next day and gave letter for reversal. They assured that the charges would be reversed in 2-3 days. After the specified period the charges weren't reversed. Directly called BM and asked for the status. He again said to wait for 2 3 days. For few days I forgot about this. And yesterday I called BM again, and he talked in a very rude manner:- "Abhi bhar hu yaar baar baar phone krke tang mat kro" and he cut the call directly.

Me being short tempered went to branch today for account closure. Went to a junior staff over there and then assistant manager arrived as BM was not there and she tried to retain me seeing the amount of transactions in my account. Obviously I also talked very rudely, shouted a little too and told her ki ek to apne BM ko akal sikhalo ki kaise baat krte hai customers se. Koi pgl nhi hu jo tumhare aage piche ghumte phiru. Bhot kaam hote h Call recording bhi sunadi😂. Sorry sorry bol rhi phir rhi thi phir. She raised a reversal request right in front of me.(Saare dekh rhe the chl kya rha h🤣)

Later I said ki agar kal tak ye mere account m vapas na hue, to ye mera personal agenda hoga tumhe or tumhare BM ko kaise lapete m lena hai(as Axis State Head is a very good friend of my father😂😝). Phir maafi mangte hue mat ghumna aage piche.
