Yes, it is eligible.

If I remember correctly, you were a Citi user, right?

Citi users were not eligible for the 5% weekend cashback. Who knows, maybe Axis removed the quarterly voucher too 🤣

Not received. I did the UPI transaction on Bill desk for SCB card using Axis Bank.

SCB Billdesk they probably not considering.
For Nov I got charged non maintenance charges.
In Nov, I'd in total spent 26169 but out of that 1210 was on SCB Billdesk rest all was CRED UPI/P2M.
Have complained but no progress as of now.

First confirm the reason from Axis bank because due to it many wrong news spread.

I want to tell you that sometimes like in my case I have done transaction on phone pe gift card of rs 200 on phonepe by purchasing from Axis liberty card and the transaction date and time was like (somedate) at 1:00 am in November falls on Saturday so in this case Axis should give weekend cash back to me but Axis not credited the cash back even MCC is 5947. Later I see that the transaction got billing date 1 day before on (somedate - 1) November which falls on Friday. This cause my cash back not credited. I have complained the same and case is running. Very strange billing date is 1 day before that of transaction date. Even at 1:00 am it should consider as Saturday because after 12:00 date changes.
Strange things in Axis.

So, this also can be cause of many who have not got voucher maybe.

Yes I have spends of 30000 genuine and about 50000 spends for Amazon wallet load using liberty card. One can add 75000 in Amazon wallet and transfer back instantly to bank account once in 3 months to get 750 voucher. Hardly take time of two minutes. And if want to get amb waiver then you have to 25000 every month. Also 10 minutes at max per quarter to get 750 voucher.
