One more thing, whatever they mentioned in Debit card exclusion, will apply to UPI spends too.,Since i add money in zerodha through upi, they are not considering.

So in this case you have proof of t and c and this way if you think then what if Axis will exclude upi from the quarterly voucher eligibility. In this way anything can happen like
If you take SBI cash back card today tomorrow SBI will say they will give only 1 percent cash back in place of 5 percent
Hdfc will say charge extra fees on all accounts . Axis can stop their business in India liberty account may be banned and shifted to another account. Maybe you won 1 crore lottery and lastly Axis will freeze your account.

Ok.. Let me try your way..Anyway, i am using my Millenia DC for debit card payment, i don't have anything left for Axis Liberty..It's a trial and error..Let me try this.

Yes, you are correct. I was a citi user 🙂
But Axis clearly specified 'Gift Voucher' is eligible.
I have sent an email to customer care. lets see their response.

So we can confirm:
1. GV is applicable for Citi migrated accounts.
2. SBI Unipay ccard payments are considered valid for GV.

Pls help. Opened a new liberty account. Debit card delivered, set pin in app, enabled online transaction and able to withdraw cash in ATM. But I am unable to use the card on any site. Transaction is failing with technical issue with card after entering OTP. In some sites even OTP page isn't coming. Tried using the virtual debit card, that too throws the error, contact details aren't available for the card at bank end. Customer care says they don't see any failed transaction and I'm lying 🙁. What to do now. Raise on twitter, request showing as completed. Issue still exists.

What is going on? I have already sent multiple emails to Axis support and PNO, but they are not resolving my issue. How can I fix this?

Have you tried other debit cards on those portals? If not, give them a try. If the OTP page still doesn't load, it seems like there is an issue with your internet connection, and something is blocking those pages.

Debit card replace karwau to fir 236 lagenge ye charges reverse karega bank as first debit card didn't work for online transactions?
