Pls help. Opened a new liberty account. Debit card delivered, set pin in app, enabled online transaction and able to withdraw cash in ATM. But I am unable to use the card on any site. Transaction is failing with technical issue with card after entering OTP. In some sites even OTP page isn't coming. Tried using the virtual debit card, that too throws the error, contact details aren't available for the card at bank end. Customer care says they don't see any failed transaction and I'm lying 🙁. What to do now. Raise on twitter, request showing as completed. Issue still exists.

I am facing the same issue with Physical and Virtual debit cards. I have already emailed to PNO regarding this issue and waiting for their response.

the thing is I generally use cc for there spends or UPI. But I will keep this in mind.

If you are thinking of rotation then it's not possible.

Spend karo, else account close karo.

I am not taking about rotation. It's about how to use this voucher money. I can spend in amazon but others possibilities are always welcome. Just like one guy mentioned earlier, it can be used in swiggy/zomato which I didn't used before.
