Axis Bank Limit Increase Query

Having only 30k Limit in FK Axis And Myzone From Past 1-1.5 Year. So Shared last Month Bank statment and other bank CC statement. So they asked to share Latest ITR
..
2-3 Ago shared ITR, bank statement and other bank CC statement.
they sending copy paste message "share last 2 months salary Slip"
Seems All other shared data wasted.
Axis bank gone mad??
