Axis Atlas Axis EDGE MILES partly blocked

I hold 40,946 EDGE Miles. However, 15000 are blocked and not available for redemption. Anyone has an idea why this has happened? Attaching a screenshot below

Currently not using it. Not as rewarding as Magnus for Burgundy. No reward acceleration program. No longer gives points on advance taxes. Milestones no longer worth it. Not immediately, but might close it some time later.

Same here, not used Atlas for a long time. 96 miles left

Update everyone, the locked miles are now credited to Atlas card bucket and are usable.

I’d raised.
I even got a call today from pno when i was at work asking if the issue was resolved and I answered “No”
Now after checking tf i was able to transfer and emailed them to close the ticket as issue is now resolved!

No its not, for me. Only the EdgeMiles seems fixed for now.

Which other cards does give these miles and have this many transfer partners except infinia which most won't get..so we have to bear this axis since no other choice
