axis limit enhancement got rejected

Currently having a limit of 15k in Axis Flipkart and mailed to pno for limit enhancement but got declined
is there any higher department to do the same or to complaint

Are you trying after six months of card activation?
Did they give any reason for rejection?

my card is already more than 6 months old but first they said the limit enhancement request is under process but after they said we can't
