Axis Magnus "Meet & Greet" Experience (and a mistake that you should not make)

Hello Everyone,
I want to share my experience related to Axis Magnus Meet & Greet Service that i recently booked for International departure at delhi airport (T3).
We were 8 people in the group so i availed all that magnus offers in one go.
We entered the airport through staff entry gate and within a minute we were in airport. After getting the luggage checked in we cleared the check in through business passenger section. That too was super quick. There was practically no waiting from start to finish.
After the security check we had plenty of time to kill. IMG_3622.JPG

Now here a miscommunication started. They didnt tell me that lounge access is also included i this service. And I didnt know any better. So I didnt ask about lounge access as well. In reading a twitter post where someone told that they got access to lounge access as well.
After reading this i mailed Axis guys to verify about lounge access. They told its NOT included in meet and greet service. Ok, i thought. But then, one more person shared their experience of axis m&g where he also got the lounge access.
When i asked him on twitter if got the free lounge access in m&g then Encalm guys responded by saying that its included in m&g.

All in all i missed the lounge access ..other wise it was a good experience.
After some time they arrived with a buggy and we were dropped at the gate for the boarding.

So, do confirm if lounge access is there or not in Meet and greet service when you book from axis.

Hope this was informative.
Thanks

Could you please mention which lounge and whether you were travelling economy? I have never been offered lounge access during my meet and greet.😭
Both the trips were domestic, and I was given lounge access at the adania lounge at t2 Mumbai. Also I will have now enough miles due to edge points to basically travel business class via Singapore or vistara airlines. It's 120k-150k miles per ticket.

Firstly congrats on collecting so many miles. If you have to choose between the two, please choose Singapore airlines for your intl flight 🙂 Re: lounge, I've only used the meet n greet for international flights and I wish they would offer me access to the pranaam lounge. I absolutely hate the loyalty lounge in Mumbai T2 international. We are one of the few airports in the world where the domestic lounge is 100x better than the international one! (I'm only comparing the ones accessible by CC).

Adani Lounge (default loyalty lounge) in the domestic terminal can be accessed by many credit cards so you would have anyway got entry. In the international terminal, you will only gain entry to Adani Lounge if you are travelling by business/first class or if you have status with an airline.

Does this m&g service required business class booking ? Or they dont care which class you travel?
Doesn't matter which class you're travelling by. I think the best value can be got if you're taking an international flight and flying out of an airport like Mumbai T2 where you have access to immigration and security fast track lanes. Many Indian airports, citing govt regulations, do not have separate lanes.

Loyal Lounge and Adani Lounge are different right?

In Axis Lounge List can see Loyalty Lounge(International T2) and Adani Lounge(Domestic T2) what does that mean?

T2 is the international terminal, so Adani Lounge should also be mentioned at International T2 as it is just opposite to Loyalty Lounge or is that Adani lounge different from the one mentioned in Axis Lounge List?

Can I access Adani Lounge(International one) using Magnus and IDFC First Wealth?

there are 2 Adanis lounges in Mumbai T2, one in T2 Domestic which can be accessed by most credit cards. The other one is Adani lounge in T2 International which is only for first class, business class and status holders of airlines (like vistara Gold when flying vistara)
So the axis site is referring to Adani lounge for T2 domestic and loyalty lounge in T2 International.

No cards at all work in the Adani International lounge.

If I have to use this service while returning back from an international flight, how will they contact me as I will be in flight and might not have any network for prior 12 hours? Anyone used meet & greet for international flight while coming back? I am assuming except the lounge part it will be equally useful while coming back too (priority service for everything).

they usually ask for flight details and can track when your flight lands

You will be giving them the E-ticket before hand..As soon as you land they will start calling you to tell you they are waiting outside the boarding gate (with your name printed on a paper)

Guys please me with the information i need,
1st , how this 8 times is calculated (is it financial year or calendar year or card issued date)
2nd how many days before we should book this?(like example my fight is on 10th of next month, which date will be last to book this m&g service)
3rd how this 8times is calculated (like if 8 peoples went in one go then it's 8 times or 1 time)
Thank you guys.

1. Calendar year
2. I didn’t see any guidelines around this but the last I have booked is a week before my flight date
3. Number of people. Example: You with your mother and father, 3 would be deducted.

Ok thanks a lot,
Last question can i book this for others also (where i m not traveling with them)
Then also can I book for others?
Thank you

Actually M&G service is provided by Pranam, which operates the Adani lounge also and Pranam belongs to Adani. We were 3 travellers and we had been escorted to business lounge. I asked for card swipe for entry in lounge to Pranam representative, but she told that no need to swipe the card.
I was not offered any free lounge in Mumbai T2 domestic departure with vistara economy ticket on December last year.
And in fact, I had to stay in normal queue for 15 minutes for swiping my card😅.

I’ll be travelling via Bengaluru next weekend, alone and with a single backpack. Now I absolutely do not need a porter or buggy, but if I avail the M&G service, will it get me the express check-in and security? Will be travelling via indigo so no Gold status benefits. Has someone used it in Bangalore? Need suggestions.

You won't get anything. Bangalore is worst. Nothing except a porter. T2 has buggy option.
