AFAIK bonus reward points are per voucher (separate for each denomination) and not per transaction.
And if you have purchased multiple brand voucher with different multiplier bonus reward points (eg. Brand A with 5x and brand B with 10x) then your bonus reward calculation is as per below calculation.

Brand A(5X) 250 rs + Brand B(10x) 975rs = total 1225 rs transaction.
Normal 1x reward point = 1225/200=6.125=6×12rp=72rp.

Now bonus reward point calculation is based on percentage amount of any brand in a total amount.

Amount percentage of brand A in total transaction is (250/1225)×100=20.4%
Amount percentage of brand B in total transaction is (975/1225)×100=79.6%

Normal 72rp is divided according to above percentage for bonus rp calculation

Brand A normal rp (72x20.4)/100 = 14.7
So bonus rp for brand A will be 14.6x4=58

Brand B normal rp (72×79.6)/100 = 57.3
So bonus rp for brand B will be 57.3x9 =515.

Thats how you received odd number of bonus reward points.

2 transactions for flipkart worth 20k
1 transaction for ASV worth 50k

Left table is based on ER transaction history.
Right table is based on actual Month wise credit statement.

Its strange but i got some credits for feb, mar, apr and a traveledge booking for may !! And there are missing points for transactions in all months Feb, march, april). Impossible to track unless you spend a lot of time on it. Crazy

Same here, even customer care doesn't know for which transaction bonus is credited or not, i will say in this regard HDFC is best.

What is this nonsense, is it always like this? Feeling stupid for investing in gold (at hiked up prices) through magnus.

I don't even have the patience to figure what's credited and what's not. I've taken the card in april , so i know the total Acc Rewards for April specifically. The total credited tally doesn't match at all

So the 50k transaction is counted for both milestone and normal RP?

So I found time to reconcile. I am a new magnus holder, started using on 16th April. So all gyftr bonus rewards from 16th April - 24th April have been credited. In May I had a travel edge transaction which got credited. So maybe they have processed only till 24 (or 25th) of April.

Anyone who got bonus rewards for transactions > 26th April?
