Jewel is actually a shopping mall adjacent to Terminal buildings. It is after immigration and baggage collection. Just ask anyone at the help desks (plenty of them throughout the terminals) and they'll guide you. Take help of Google maps also.

Depends on airlines, but mostly they do allow as long as its less than 50.

Yes. If under same PNR, all airlines weigh bag together not individually. So no issues.
5 kg excess luggage won't be allowed. Buy excess weight online. It'll be cheaper that way.

That also messed up . They told that they will get all the tickets and plan for us accordingly . But mostly we will finish everything in 4 days , 2 days shopping and roaming only .
If you really need to get local Sim, buy from klook. It'll be much cheaper. S$12 sim you'll get for around S$9.
Accommodation is the biggest expense in Singapore. Good that you have it sorted. Enjoy the trip. And don't forget to post photos.

Your itinerary would be a surprise for you! Still dropping a tip that no one told me while going to Singapore is that their security is at the boarding gates, so if your boarding closes at a certain time, go a 20-30 minutes early if you want a peace of mind. The process completes in 5 mins but dont rely on that.

Is sim card you get in local shop cheaper?
No. Local shops sell sim at face value. No discounts. Unlike other airports in the world, Singapore is an exception where most of things are at par with city prices. I heard that Singapore has some regulations that says airport price has to align with city prices.
In klook sim booking, sim pickup can be done both at airport and city stores for same price. So picking up from airport is better. Also, if directly going to the store to buy sim they say that $12 sim is out of stock (not true) and only higher price ones are available.
I'm travelling on 6th Oct until 14th Oct. Can you please share your itinerary which can help to plan mine?
