Millennia Best approach to get a upgrade from Moneyback?

Hello, as the title suggests, I want to pick your brains on how to get an upgrade from Money back to any other card from HDFC

First of all, I would like to apologise everyone for opting for This cursed product, please cut me some slack considering the fact that it was my first credit card ever and I was over the moon on getting it

It has been using since April 2022. I hold this card and have never been offered any kind of upgrade or limit enhancement on the same.

I would like to invite suggestions on what could be the best approach for getting an upgrade or limit enhancement from this product

Well I got my hdfc card in August 22 which is obviously business money-back with 1.25L limit.
Previous month I mailed hdfc grievance to upgrade my card to millennia but they asked me to send upgrade form and income documents to Chennai like everyone else.
So at that time I didn't persue it .
Again this month on 12th dec I mailed the grievance to upgrade the card but again got the same reply to send to the upgrade from and income documents to Chennai.
So this time I decided to not give up and take what is suitable for me .
So mailed them about my overall relationship with bank since 5 years and investment I made with bank. Still got the same answer.
So mailed grievance again frustration and disappoinment about services.
But this time grievance team offered me to convert my current visa business money-back credit card to rupay business money-back credit card , and asked me if I don't want rupay business money-back credit card provide us the explicit reason to choose millennia card.
In response I simply denied to convert to Rupay bmb as well as gave them reasons for choosing millennia card over bmb.
In final mail they asked my consent to upgrade the card which I provided without any delay.
And yesterday they grievance team upgrade the card in fyf millennia.
In this process 😁 my brother's @0xfallup And @Chaitanya-a guided me . Thanks to them 😄.
Last my cibil is 781.
Overall spend from card in last three months are around 60k.
And not provided any kind of documents during the process.

I asked for so many details because I am stuck in the same position.
First got Indian oil in 2019 then upgraded to business money back in six months.
Using business money back for five years. They are going to send me renewed business money back next month but not offering upgrade.

Limit is 1L.
I also have tata neu plus 1L shared

shall I go your way ?
