@theda Ye screenshot se mujhe toh ye samjh aa raha hai ki aapka 2 debit transactions fail huwa toh obvious hai ki trxn count nahi huwa... And hence failed debit trxn ke liye koi cashback credit ya failed nahi huwa...

Lekin @CosmicCat bol rahe the ki credit trxns (cashback) failed huwa tha, jo unka count huwa issi liye jab dubara trxn kiya toh ₹100 cashback milne ke bajh ₹30 mile

Mere kehne ka matlab thha ki even a failed cashback attempt is counted against the total cashback count.

As per the offer terms, in the first month, above ₹100 ke first three transactions mein ₹100 cashback milenge each, then subsequent five transactions ke ₹30 cashback milenge each. So, the total number is cashbacks is 8 (₹100 x 3 + ₹30 x 5) a month.

Suppose you've already got ₹100 cashback each for the first three successful transactions and ₹30 for the 4th one, and your ₹30 cashback for the 5th transaction has failed, then you'll get only three more chances to get ₹30 cashback instead of four. (Please note that a failed CB would be shown as a failed transaction in Transaction History)

Not sure it is for specific users or for all user, when you pay you can try BHIM app and see if you get it.

since the cashback is funded by Govt budgetary support, you can as well register a complaint on PG-portal against Min of Finance.

Well, technically NPCI doesn't fall directly under any ministry. Moreover, there was no option to raise a complaint against NPCI in CPGRAMS. However, the National Consumer Helpline portal (INGRAM) does have the option to raise complaint against them for BHIM UPI-related concerns. Which is why I raised it on INGRAM instead.

Use ur Rupay credit card on BHIM app till March and get ₹600 cashback... Offer started from JAN so whoever use from feb will only get 600 out of 750...
