So, guys, here's an important update with regards to this offer!

Every cashback attempt is counted against the total count of eight (3 x ₹100 + 5 x ₹30) regardless of its status (Successful/Failed). A failed cashback transaction isn't excluded against the counter.

So, essentially, if for any reason, three of your ₹100 cashbacks have failed, and you do another transaction, the fourth attempt would fetch you ₹30 cashback instead of ₹100.

From personal experience.

BHIM Support ko paana toh 2024 mein zinda dinosaur dhoondne jaisa hai.
I was also set aback by the fact there's no mention of Grievance Officer contact details on their website. Neither any web form to escalate a complaint. Only the Consumer Helpline portal (INGRAM) has an option to take action against NPCI.

Thus, in the future, you should be wary of using BHIM as your preferred UPI client. Although for any issues, your bank should be the first point of contact, but typically for UPI transactions, many banks refuse to help you out and would rather ask you to contact the TPAP from which the payment was done (E.g. GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.) So, using BHIM would be very risky. So be cautious.
