no mention of Grievance Officer contact details on their website. Neither any web form to escalate a complaint. Only the
Consumer Helpline portal (INGRAM) has an option to take action against NPCI.
Thus, in the future, you should be wary of using BHIM as your preferred UPI client. Although for any issues, your bank should be the first point of contact, but typically for UPI transactions, many banks refuse to help you out and would rather ask you to contact the TPAP from which the payment was done (E.g. GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.) So, using BHIM would be very risky. So be cautious.
