Can I use Axis Easy Access Savings Account without Physical DC only with Virtual DC ?

My account is showing on Internet Banking .
But in mobile banking I am only able to see the details of the account through Profile tab . But can't see the balance and Virtual DC details .
How to resolve this ?

Did anyone got Axis easy access account ( 15k funding and 12L MAB ) in Bangalore recently ?
When i select Axis Bangalore M.G Road branch for my spouse ( for adding to priority family banking) ,it does not allow easy access and gives error after VKYC . "Selected account variant is not available for your region. Request you to select a different account variant".
I have to select Liberty and above only.

So if i select any other branch in Bangalore will it allow Easy access account or it is same for any branch in Bangalore ?
For auto upgrade to priority family banking only few accounts eligible( Easy Access Savings / Easy Access Prime /Prestige Savings Account /Women's Savings Account /Senior Privilege A/C)

Any idea about Axis Women's Savings Account anybody opened this in Bangalore ?

My home branch MG Road is not so helpful.

Then the possibility is it takes time to be updated in MB .
They advertise that as soon as your account gets activated you will able to shop though virtual DC and earn tons of rewards .
But here we are . Still waiting for CVV . 😂

Just one things pop up in my mind that
My punjab national bank every year deducted almost 300 (exact 297) for debit card annual charges.. it's better to close punjab national bank and keep remain AXIS easy access savings account as both bank charges almost same ammount of debit card annual charges .

Punjab National bank: 297 for visa platinum debit card, axis easy access savings axis Bank 300 for easy secure + debit card

MG Road is posh area so it's obvious they are catering HNI customers, try branch in cv raman nagar or nearby to that

You don't need debit card for UPI. You can use adhaar for verification.

I didn't know this. At least until a year ago, Axis didn't support it. Now, I just checked at...

Axis is listed in it. To be double-sure, I tried to reset UPI PIN. Axis indeed supports Aadhaar based UPI PIN (re)set. Thanks for the updated info. I just corrected my previous post too.

Yes, Now a days you can do anything from any branch, just cash upload has some restriction on non home branch.

So as advised by @Mr. Bean I contacted Axis .
Just have a telephonic conversation with Customer Service Executive.
According to her Virtual Card have an issuance fees of 500 and annual fees 0 .
And Physical DC have 0 issuance fees and 500 annual charges.
So if I block the Physical DC I don't have to pay annual fees and for V DC it is 0 already.
They provided me a link through e-mail and I verified the same .

Probably no . Because Banks now use Tabs to open Offline accounts . I have seen that in ICICI . So it will be offline Easy Access Savings Account ( SBEZY ) . The scheme code for digital one is DBEZY .
Contact bank for clarification.

I found it in my axis app.. it's ♦️SBEZY🥺🥺🥺🥺
That's means no Virtual DC for me...
If i continue to keep my physical Dc without blocking it, every year i have to give 354 as secure plus debit card annual charges..
No cashback,no reward points for this debit card.. nothing 🤨🤨🤨

Bro , Just checked the app . My Account is showing now . Till noon it was not showing . My Physical DC was also issued yesterday and same is on the way . Still some sections are not working but I can see the Virtual DC details .
One thing you can try . De register then register . If not showing them wait for 4 to 5 days . It took 4 days for me .
