Can I use Axis Easy Access Savings Account without Physical DC only with Virtual DC ?

So should we need to pay e-debit card fee if we open account via offline?
virtual card and e-debit card are different.right? When I called axis, they informed me that e-debit has only issuance fee no annual fee. And physical debit card has no issuance fee but has annual fee from next year.

You don't get Virtual Card if you open account offline .
And the physical debit card shows in the app but it is not e debit card .
Virtual Card and e debit card is same thing .
It has issuance fees and zero annual fees .
But debit card showing in the website as 300+gst??-------UPDATE------
So as advised by @Mr. Bean I contacted Axis .
Just have a telephonic conversation with Customer Service Executive.
According to her Virtual Card have an issuance fees of 500 and annual fees 0 .
And Physical DC have 0 issuance fees and 500 annual charges.
So if I block the Physical DC I don't have to pay annual fees and for V DC it is 0 already.
They provided me a link through e-mail and I verified the same .

I am confused i just want to open this account. What's the difference between these two? Which one is better?
I want to know some details
1)For axis easy acces savings account have only one debit card type(physical) as secure+debit having only one fee. That is 500+gst or 300+gst??
2) does Virtual card is same as E-debit card.?? If so in website e-debit card shows having fee of 500+gst https://www.axisbank.com/retail/cards/debit-cards/e-debit-card/fees-charges
3)Don't we get virtual card if we apply via offline?
4)How can we get lifetime free rupay atm card just for withdrawal purpose?
5) How can we get Amazon 500 gift card after opening the account via online/offline??

Both accounts have same benefits.
Easy access - can only be opened offline.
Digital Easy access - can only be opened online.
Both cards are same. Charges and fees => https://application.axisbank.co.in/FeesAndChargeMaster/FeesAndCharges.aspx
If you are in doubt about charges, write an email via https://application.axisbank.co.in/webforms/axis-support/index.aspx and they are bound to provide you the current info in writing.

My method worked in April 2024. Things changed a lot since then in Axis. So, your best bet is the customer care.

it means when the account opening process will complete, the initial funding amount of 590 you paid (which they keep on hold while process completes) will be credited to your account.
I got the offer as 0 initial funding. Then when will they deduct this debit card amount?

it depends on the bank. mine is not got deducted since its more than 20 days I opened the account. However when you receive your DC, use it once online/offline within 30 days to get 500 voucher.
Agent told me to use E-debit card online within 30 days to get voucher. Totally confused.

I don't know about others but I used the physical card for an online transaction and next day, I got grab deal voucher of 500. About 590 fee, its still lying in my axis account, its upto bank whenever they want to deduct it. Virtual DC has no annual fee, So I will close the physical DC before renewal date then will keep only virtual DC.
