2 Fastags on car. Will it create issues?

Hi,
Since Paytm Fastag is shut now, I ordered another Fastag for my car, but Paytm Fastag is affix on my car. Paytm Fastag is closed now & I have no intention to remove it considering how difficult it is & might leave marks on car, nor I have intention of sticking new one again
my question was, if I place new Fastag on dashboard, which one would the scanner detect? will it cause issues if closed Fastag is there in car? or I should just ignore it
I heard many traffic police challan on not sticking Fastag, not sure though. is there anyone here?
