Cashback SBI card application stuck!

Hello all. I applied for Cashback SBI card on September 1st and it's still showing processing. My KYC and verification call is done but I haven't received a callback/SMS since. Bank employees and customer care are totally helpless and I'm getting no where.

I went to bank and when they logged in my application. It shows my credit limit and all but also shows documents pending. I uploaded my income proof, bank statement, PAN and everything. Does this mean my application is rejected? If so will I be getting any SMS from SBI? I own HDFC, Axis and ICICI bank credit cards and my CIBIL is 754

What's the reason for decline I don't know.I already hold one sbi credit card. I feel like to close the present sbi card because I already hold one.

Same here.... Applied on 13th sept.... Vkyc esign and 1st verification call.... All dine on 19th sept... After that radio silence.... Tracking shows application in progress but its unreliable.... I dont have a sbi card.... So no way to know whats cooking

I think She was trying to create new application for any other card

SBI Cashback can only be applied online. Phone agents say Cashback then apply for SimplyClick 🙂

Yes... I applied SBI Cashback card online only and application number also generated 👍

But after that only I got this call

I can't understand why SBI shared my phone number to third class agents...

The same happened with me however it was also possible to apply through offline a year back. My friend did it.
