Which all credit cards have rewarding referral programs. I know Amex and IDFC cards have. Which other? Should you want, please share your referral codes too while responding. Thanks!

SBI gives 500 agv, ICICI also gives some reward points but they are worthless I think. You can find my SBI referral in my signature. IF approved we both get a 500 rs Amazon voucher.
