Yes and make sure confirm 2-3 times with your branch that you want queen debit card addon for joint holder otherwise incase of any other card you have to pay AMC

Jyada ac khologe toh central bank term and conditions change na kr de.. and annual fee charge krna start krde DC ke liye.
2-3 account bahot hain.

If exploited too much, there is chance that the DC can become paid with fee of ₹1000 and the bank may charge some amount for not maintaining mab. So use responsibly

No but I don't read anywhere that any rupay select is eligible for railway lounge. Did you have access to railway lounge with any rupay select or platinum?

Sorry my bad. I did try to find whether platinum/ select provide lounge access but i didn't find any threads related to it. Can you share your thread

Rupay provides but some banks blocked lounge access and don't activate it.
Some Banks provide and so e don't.
They don't provide railway lounges purposely. You have to ask your bank that lounges available or not on your card.

Debit card leaflet doesn't mention such benefit. I believe no lounge access using cent queen.

In Central Bank, I opened normal account (2K) with RuPay Select Debit Card.

Within a week I received the card.

Card generated in the app right away.
