it's possible few or more PSUs having this problem. My UB card is also issued but branch ppl have no clue about the dispatch.

Cherry on cake: This account can also be opened as joint account, where primary name must of a female. Secondary can be male or female.

DC number, which will help in redeeming rupay select benefits this year as well as next year also.

Does it follow calendar year for the benefits? Did you try checking the DC dispatch status with customer care? Email is customercare@cboi.in

These banks are very worst in service. CBI and BOM.

It will take more than one month for Debit cards dispatch.

As I already told, simply waste this account.

For me BoM came within a week and that too to Kerala address

Yes, existing account can be converted to cent queen, by giving a written request at branch.

Pahele toh RuPay Platinum debit card par he = 0.375 value k reward points mila karta tha. Devalue kar diya kya woh ?

October me account open karte to 2024 me redeem kar pate lagta hai . December 10 se abhi tak card na mil paya. Sister ka open karwaya tha 😂 2025 me 1st quarter ka reward redeem karne ko mil jaye bas yehi umeed hai 😛

Kyu bhai. Open joint account with mother / sister as primary holder and yourself as secondary. I did the same.

so the secondary holder will also get free rsdc ?

No seperate debit card, I confirmed from branch manager, only for primary account holder.
