Converting HDFC Tata Neu Plus to LTF

I am an existing HDFC savings bank account holder. I applied for Tata neu plus on 20 April and got the card on 26 April as FYF. I mailed to hdfc credit card service escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com several times ( 4 to 5 times or even more) to make my card LTF. Finally I got a call on 8 May followed by an email that my credit card has been converted to LTF.

This is for your mom's case:
It just shows both card but when you click on Neu Infinity and gives your detail, they'll show you which cards you're actually eligible for.

This is for your case:
Since you've 25k IOCL card already, they'll only offer Neu plus card on its basis. If your HDFC Card's limit is below 1.5L, then they won't offer Neu Infinity. It can't be acquired through C2C, so your Sapphiro won't matter as well.

As for LTF, converting Neucard to LTF isn't a big task. Once you acquire the card, just mail their Grievance team and they'll convert it.

Just in a week's time I sent them email, I am having hdfc savings account for past 7 years, but maintain minimum balance only, no major transaction.

There is no criteria
but my best bet is spend max through this card and then request.

Just send a mail to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com

Ask them to convert your tata neu card to ltf. Attach some ltf ss on application from this forum. They'll do it.
