Converting HDFC Tata Neu Plus to LTF

I am an existing HDFC savings bank account holder. I applied for Tata neu plus on 20 April and got the card on 26 April as FYF. I mailed to hdfc credit card service escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com several times ( 4 to 5 times or even more) to make my card LTF. Finally I got a call on 8 May followed by an email that my credit card has been converted to LTF.

How to confirm they have converted My Tata neu Card to LTF....I got their email response 2 month ago regarding LTF but still confused .

I don't think there is any way to confirm this. We have written confirmation just in case

Once I called Tata Neu Customer care ,she also told me that your card is LTF. Now Next Target is to convert this Neu Plus into LTF Infinity.

Just keep their LTF Neucard confirmation mail as starred. Whenever they debit any charge, quote that mail.

If your card limit is now above 1.5L, then simply mail them. They'll upgrade it easily. Otherwise have to wait for limit increase.

@Chaitanya-a Actually It was Paid Tata Neu Plus Visa card . 4 Month ago I request convert this into Rupay. Now it's only 2 months they convert this LTF. If I request them to Convert into LTF infinity,there will be back to back requests for same card.Will they accept?

There won't be any risk in this case. Max they'll ask to wait for sometime. Try once. Most probably they'll accept the request.
