credit card features that bank can withdraw?

all the cc that i have are ltf.
i was exploring paid options also.
which features of credit cards can banks withdraw, and which features cannot be withdrawn?
i know discount coupons on brands change from time to time, so I am specifically enquiring about:
1) base rewards rate
2) milestone benefits
3) accelerated reward rate
4) reward point conversion ratio

i think that there should be at least some features that banks are not allowed to withdraw, as customers would be buying products (credit cards) because of the advertised features so there should be some kind of consumer protection law against that.

Nothing like that.. most of the banks have either added exclusions or reduced the benefits on their CCs at one point or the other
