Yes Bank MARQUEE Credit Card launched - Features & Benefits | Full Details

Thinking of filing a complaint with RBI about YES backtracking on the Joining Benefit Reward Points.
The Yes bank executive re-confirmed they're 60K and not 40K before I gave my approval (have their whatsapp messages and their bank-terminal screenshots for proof) to proceed with the application and the welcome letter also mentions 60K RPs.

Is it mandatory to activate the card before filing a complaint with RBI or can it be done even without activating the card?

Edit: I mean.. after going through the escalation matrix of YES (which I'm now sure will just say they were 'printing mistakes')

Hey Bro, did you meet the 24L ITR criteria or did you apply through Grandeur?? is it worth going through the Grandeur route?? please advice.
I applied via Grandeur. If you have IF/IP 5/10/20/30L then yes but the card has some recent devaluation so do check does it still fulfil your needs.

What devaluations.??
40k points we get on joining right??
Is not not recovered with Vouchers??
It can but differs from person to person as per your needs, like I could use Reliance Smart as well but not all can use before it had Swiggy and Zomato that was best...

Even if you score the best redemption for RPs which is Rs. 0.25 per RP, the 40K points will only cover Rs. 10K of the total amount of Rs. 11.8K (10K + 18% GST) you pay for getting the card!
Thats okay, 1180 for a premium card is not much in my opinion.

Which are the options at 0.25 rate redemption?

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my marquee card. It suddenly became inactive, and I’m not sure why. I received the card on September 5th, and my first statement was generated on September 16th. I made a payment of around 1600rs on September 18th.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this might have happened?

No idea. But call the customer care or drop a mail for the reason and to reactivate.

PS: congratulations on getting the card🙂

Bank deactivate the card because they take this $1600 transaction as suspected transaction, as your transaction profile is not created. Whenever random big transaction is done in YES card, card holder gets call and if call is not answered or transaction is way big (compare to previous trend) then card get deactivated

Just call the customer care and they will activate the card immediately

If you check the bill details, the due amount is in ₹ not $
