if you added you card recently thn you have to wait for a month approx.
otherwise contact hdfc cc they will help you better.

no I have added cards on hdfc bill pay 2months ago and paid bills before, and payment worked well previously.. it's just not working from today

There's a cooling period for every new biller on Smartpay now, Specifically for CC : Security Control Credit Card:-After registration 2 hours no trxn allow, between 2 hours to 24 hours limit of Rs. 10,000 and after 24 hours limit upto 2 lakhs. Not a week, just 2 hours in case of CC

I have added all my credit cards 2months ago and payments worked well previously.. it's just from today the payments are getting failed.

payment made for axis card on billpay on 14th Nov - shows paid in HDFC but no confirmation SMS from Axis yet

Please check if debit card is enabled for online transactions also ..i usually keep it open for all transactions except contact less transaction

Cc bill pay via Hdfc bill pay portal is working fine now.
