There are bulk buyers who give cash for Apay. Fees about 2.25 to 2.5 %.

There are a free mothod - buy from a store that gives refund via bank transfer. The store will surely put a ban if you do this a few times.

Another method is trading but its not good value on TF as most people are buying GV at atleast 5% off.

The best method is to pay bills for family / friends upto 25k / month and get cash.

Why would people buy Amazon pay for 2.5% discount? What is the guarantee that the money that they send back is legit and not obtained through fraud?

I think they have blocked it. I say so because it allows loading >2k where convenience fee is charged.

1. Load 10K + amount and razorpay automatically reject the transaction and money is added to ola wallet for free. OR
2. FInd a merchant using Razorpay PG & where you can cancel order and refund is issued in ola wallet automatically. You can use PHARMEASY.

Its limitation / bug in Razorpay - Ola gateway. You can pay to any merchant using razorpay.
